Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days to ensure timely delivery for our customers. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Options Available

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, with expedited options available at checkout for faster delivery. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $5.99 (FREE on orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $12.99
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $19.99
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day - $29.99

Transparent Shipping Policies

We provide clear shipping policies to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction with every order. All shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and current carrier conditions.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number. We recommend signing up for delivery notifications from the carrier to stay updated on your package's progress.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our facility. This email will include your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive this email within 3-4 business days after placing your order.

Packaging

All our handcrafted mugs are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely at your destination. We use high-quality packaging materials designed specifically for fragile items. Each mug is wrapped in protective materials and placed in sturdy boxes with appropriate cushioning.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items and some are backordered, we may ship your available items first and the remaining items when they become available. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments of the same order.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@whimsyetchedgifts.com or call +15512944950. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any problems and ensure you receive your order.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address. If the package needs to be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you or if you choose not to have the package reshipped, we will issue a refund for the product cost minus the original shipping charges.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. During such circumstances, we will work with the carrier to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Weekend and Holiday Deliveries

Our shipping carriers typically do not deliver on weekends or major holidays. Please consider this when estimating your delivery date. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

PO Box Addresses

We can ship to PO Box addresses using standard shipping methods. However, expedited and express shipping options may not be available for PO Box deliveries. Please provide a street address if you require faster shipping options.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

We are proud to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) using standard shipping methods. Please allow additional time for delivery to these addresses. Military addresses are eligible for free shipping on orders over $50.

Signature Requirements

Most orders do not require a signature for delivery. However, high-value orders may require a signature at the carrier's discretion. If you prefer to require a signature for your delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package shows as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend requiring a signature for high-value orders or shipping to a secure location.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes to shipping addresses before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package.

Shipping During Promotions

During promotional periods and holidays, shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased order volume. We appreciate your understanding during these busy times and will do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
